TERMS
AND
CONDITIONS

These terms set out how we work with our clients. They apply to all services provided by Accelerate. Please read them before we begin working together. By engaging our services, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

If you have any questions before signing, reach out to us at martin@accelerateinfo.com and we will be happy to help.

1. Who We Are

Accelerate is a specialist BDR leadership development business. We work exclusively with tech and SaaS companies to train and coach their current and future first line BDR leaders.

Our focus is on building empathy-first, emotionally intelligent leaders. We give them the soft and hard skills they need to lead BDR teams at any growth stage.

We work with companies of all sizes, from early stage startups to established scale-ups with multiple BDR teams across different locations.

2. Our Services

Accelerate offers three core services. Each one is designed to support a different stage of BDR leadership development.

BDR to Leader Accelerator Programme

This programme is built for BDRs who are preparing to move into a leadership role. It covers 10 key areas, including goal setting, data analysis, coaching, performance management, and team culture. Participants leave with a practical playbook they can apply straight away.

Accelerate Coaching Programmes

These are bespoke coaching blocks built for existing first line BDR leaders. Sessions are one hour long and run weekly. Programmes are delivered in quarterly blocks of 12, 24, or 36 sessions. Each programme is shaped around the individual and the company context.

Fractional Leadership

We also provide fractional BDR leadership support for companies that need experienced guidance without a full-time hire. This service is scoped individually based on your needs.

The full scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, both parties must agree to the changes in writing before they take effect.

Accelerate reserves the right to decline or end an engagement if the working relationship is not a good fit for either party.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Everything discussed during our sessions stays private. This includes company strategy, team performance, individual challenges, and any other sensitive information shared with us.

We will not share your information with any third party without your written permission. The only exception is if we are legally required to do so.

We ask that you treat any materials, systems, or frameworks we share in the same way. These are the result of years of experience and are not to be shared outside your organisation.

This obligation applies during and after our engagement together. It does not have an end date.

6. How We Use Your Information

To deliver our services, we collect and store some basic information. This may include:

  • Names and job titles of participants

  • Company name and size

  • Email addresses and contact details

  • Notes and progress records from coaching sessions

We use this information only to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

We store information securely and keep it only for as long as needed. If you would like us to delete your data, contact us at martin@accelerateinfo.com and we will handle your request promptly.

For full details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and tools created by Accelerate remain our property. This includes anything shared during sessions, sent by email, or made available through our programmes.

You are welcome to use what you learn and apply it inside your business. That is the whole point.

However, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, or share our materials outside your organisation. You may not use our content to build a competing product or service.

If you are unsure whether a specific use is allowed, just ask us first. We are happy to discuss it.

8. Liability

We put a lot of care into the quality of our coaching and programmes. We believe in what we do and stand behind it.

That said, the results of any coaching or training programme depend on many factors. These include how fully participants engage, the wider company environment, and decisions made by the business. We are not responsible for outcomes that fall outside our direct control.

We are not liable for any indirect losses. This includes lost revenue, missed targets, or knock-on effects that arise from working with us or from ending an engagement.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. This could be due to changes in how we operate, new services, or legal requirements.

If we make any changes that affect you, we will let you know before they come into effect. We will do this by email or by updating the date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use our services after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, please let us know and we can talk through your options.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve between us, it will be handled in the courts of England and Wales. Both parties agree to this.

We would always prefer to resolve any issues directly and informally before things reach that point. If something is not working, please reach out to us first.
